The Cellar |

The Fresh in the Garden Restaurant is near Cinema Paradiso and the tennis court. You will traverse organic fruit and herb gardens, and then climb broad winding stairs to a rope bridge that spans the banana plantation. A panoramic westerly aspect over the gardens and surrounding jungle will afford spectacular views of the sunset.
Lunch : (minimum of six guests)
(Can be opened daily, except Tuesdays) The lunch is purely composed from our organic grown island produce, Maldivian seafood, fruit and vegetables.
Alternatively try a cooking class with our chef in the vegetable garden, where you can enjoy learning about Asian cuisine, and cook your culinary creations using the fresh herbs and spices available at your fingertips. Since we like our classes to be spontaneous, we offer a glass of wine or two to make the cooking a little less stressful!
Dinner : (Open daily, except Tuesdays)
From 7.30pm till 10.30pm
Offering well balanced cuisine, the dinner comprises a daily changing a la carte menu of five choices per course, in which all the dishes will be created from organic produce. We will also be offering dishes on the menu that are health-conscious, encompassing raw and well balanced cuisine.

Soneva Fushi evolves again to bring something new to the table. Always looking to enhance the culinary experiences we are pleased to introduce a Peruvian and Japanese fusion culinary adventure. The menu draws heavily on classic Japanese food with South American influences.
The main inspiration was to focus on the amazing quality of the raw ingredients already abundant in the Maldives such as the local fish delivered daily to the jetty along with some of the organic produce from the garden.
To ensure we got the authenticity correct we were pleased to be able to work with Toshiro Konishi, Japanese born who emigrated to Peru in 1975.
His restaurant in Lima has for many years attracted positive reviews and acclaim as one of the best Sushi restaurants in the world.
You can now try some of his signature dishes and an array of subtle assorted Sashimi, a variety of hand made Niguiri sushi or Maki sushi rolls. Try Toshiro’s special Peruvian Ceviche’s.
With these tempting dishes we have also brought to you a selection of the finest Japanese sakes to enjoy, chilled or warm, plum wines and a fine selection of South American wines for your pleasure from Argentina and Chile.Sense by the Beach, is located on the sunset side of the island and is open for dinner.

To appreciate the real Soneva way of life, or if you require a custom-tailored programme, you may contact our In Villa Dining Manager or Executive Chef (ext: 3268) for suggestions.
Our in villa team also acts as the reservation centre for the various food and beverage activities. The in villa dining team is very mobile, and we can cater to most of our guest needs at virtually any location. The sandbank dinners are without doubt a unique experience, but do not forget our garden lunches or cooking classes arranged by our in villa dining team.

The main bar is an oasis of calm for reading, a board game, a relaxed game of snooker, recuperation from strenuous spa treatments or even a wi-fi hot spot for sending an email. As the sun sets it becomes an idyllic setting for cocktails and conversation.
The best selection of spirits and liqueurs are available within our stylish white and brown bar “….So Spiritual”. Peruse through one of the biggest collections of spirits within the Maldives.
We offer an extensive variety of food throughout the day, not forgetting the cheese and ham gourmet room.
We offer cocktail classes at midday in wet weather; this can also be arranged at any other time with your Guest Relations officer.
Whisky tasting is held at 9.30pm hosted by our sommelier, and can be arranged by reservation for other times, everyday except Tuesday. Please make a reservation with your Guest Relations Officer one day prior.

Services and Activities
It’s a myth that there’s not enough to do in the Maldives. Agreed, it is easy to do absolutely nothing but there is also a wealth of things to do should you want to.
At the Beach House there’s a high-tech gym, outdoor badminton, tennis court, beach volleyball, pool and billiard table, table tennis, two large communal swimming pools and both a PADI diving school and water sports centre.
There are few better places in the world to dive, snorkel or enjoy other water sports. Sea life here is nothing short of astonishing and even the most experienced divers will find underwater excursions a treat.
While swimming and snorkeling right from the beach is an exhilarating experience, those keen for exploration a little further afield will not be disappointed. From the close at hand, colorful House Reef to the Weeping Eye, a beautiful dive site a 25- minute boat ride away, there are hundreds of different underwater experiences to enjoy.

Diving
At The Beach Housae at Manafaru Maldives our 5 Star PADI Dive Centre has a team of experts offering a wide range of PADI-certified dive programs for adults and children as young as 8 years old, including a complimentary daily orientation dive. A PADI Open Water Dive qualification can be achieved during a one-week stay. “Bubblemaker” lessons for younger kids and Discover Scuba programs for pre-teens and older are also available.
Two new Bauer Verticus compressors and a separate Nitrox compressor make it possible to dive unlimited, with either Air or Nitrox and our variety of programs include Discover Scuba Diving, Open Water license up to Assistant Instructor and a variety of specialty courses, including Nitrox, Digital under Water Photography, Videography, Underwater scooter and Re-breather courses. Giving the opportunity to the beginners and the experienced divers to enrich their knowledge and improve their diving skills.
The overwhelming hospitality and service are provided by our experienced diving team, English, French, German, Italian and Japanese speaking instructors are on the island at all times and Russian speaking instructors are available upon request at time of reservation.
